Douglas County Busted Mugshots is a private reference site, not a government office and not an affiliate of the Douglas County Sheriff's Office, the jail, Georgia corrections, or the courts. It cannot confirm custody or release, post bond, arrange a visit, or pull an official booking record. Contact the responsible government office directly for a current answer. Do not send emergency information through a records form. Call 911, or call sheriff's emergency dispatch at 770-949-5656.

Emergency: 911 or 770-949-5656
DCSO lists Jail Division contacts at 678-486-1277 and 770-920-4990. The Records Division form states that a response is due within three business days or 72 hours, although that response may provide a timetable and cost estimate instead of immediate delivery.
The published DCSO schedule gives the first 15 minutes of staff time free, then charges $19.72 per hour on a prorated basis and $0.10 per page. Accident and complaint reports, non-victim incident reports, and proof-of-incarceration or local record-check letters are listed at $2 each. An in-person card payment adds $2. No flat booking-photo fee is published.
Where to Look for Each Record
Different offices hold different parts of an arrest history. Start with the custody stage and the agency that made or received the arrest.
- Current Douglas County custody: use the official DCSO inmate portal, reached from the DCSO jail information page. The public roster searches name, race, sex, and an in-custody date. It does not display booking photos and is not a complete list of every recent arrest.
- Prior-day Douglas County bookings: check DCSO Daily Reports. The Daily Arrest Report is a photo-free PDF for the previous day. Separate reports cover headcount, bonds, and calls for service, and dated reports remain available for about 45 days in the reviewed interface.
- A booking record or photograph: send a focused request to DCSO Records. Use the booking-photograph form for an intake image and the general open-records form for a booking sheet or date range. Give the full name, booking or arrest date, arresting agency, and booking number if known.
- City police reports: ask Douglasville Police about its report, or call Police Records at 770-920-3010. Reports usually take five business days; the city lists $0.10 per page for incident reports and $2 for accident reports. Villa Rica Police uses JustFOIA, while Austell Police provides an Open Records route.
- Case filing and disposition: search the Douglas County Clerk's public court system. The court docket, not a booking entry, shows later filings and disposition information. Douglasville, Villa Rica, and Austell events can involve different police agencies, venues, or holding counties.
- Sentenced Georgia custody: use the Georgia Department of Corrections Find an Offender search for a person in state corrections. GDC photographs display if available. This is not the channel for a new Douglas County booking.
- Federal or immigration custody: use the Bureau of Prisons locator for federal BOP custody and the ICE Online Detainee Locator for the immigration custody stage. Neither tool replaces the county roster or a DCSO records request.
